I offer over 5 years of experience in leading Art and Yoga classes in California state prisons, schools, museums, and yoga studio that are devoted to creating a nourishing space that reflect self-care. This is done through intention setting, conscious breath, movement and mindfulness. Vinyasa is taught in an unhurried creative flow and yin is guided by a meditative language for deep relaxation. As an artist, I love to bring into practice a reverence for the creative flow of life. With over 13 years of studentship to yoga and meditation practices- my heart is in the root of all of my teachings. I encourage all students to practice with curiosity to step into the unknown.
