Practice 1. Tune Your Mind (Virtual) Connect to your breath on an intimate level, navigating the ebb and flow, and deepening your focus with a simple 20-minute guided meditation.
Practice 2. Restore and Rest (Virtual/In-Person) Love yourself with this restorative practice, which will leave you feeling rested and replenished. Learn how simple it is to release and rest with a 45-minute practice.
Practice 3. Write it to Release it (Virtual) The practice of journaling can help shift stagnate energy and release what feels blocked. In this 20-minute session, you will learn how therapeutic journaling can be for you.
Practice 4. Radiant Flow (Virtual/In-Person) Discover how your practice can create more radiance from within. This simple, but strong 45-minute flow will illuminate how your breath and body can amplify your energy.
Each practice is available virtual or in-person. Practices can be combined and adjusted to suit your schedule best.
